NOTICE TO FILL VACANCY ON THE TIPP CITY EXEMPTED VILLAGE SCHOOL DISTRICT BOARD OF EDUCATION
NOTICE OF ENTRY APPOINTING REPLACEMENT TO VACANCY IN TIPP CITY EXEMPTED VILLAGE SCHOOLS BOARD OF EDUCATION:
- The Miami County Probate Court has been notified that Simon Patry resigned his position on the Board of Education for Tipp City Exempted Village School District on September 5, 2023. Further, the remaining board members failed to fill the vacancy within 30 days permitted by statute. Based on O.R.C. 3313.85, this probate court will appoint a replacement to finish out the unexpired term.
