Fare Assistance Programs
Blue Card Program
For individuals over the age of 65 or with a documented permanent disability, the Blue Card program offers unlimited half priced rides. Once acquired, this card never needs to be renewed. Please call the Miami County Transit office at (937) 440-5488 to request a blue card application.
To submit an application for a Blue Card, please download and print the application, fill it out including your signature, and submit in person, or by mail to 2036 N County Rd 25-A, Troy, OH 45373. You must provide either proof of age or proof of permanent disability. Application will be evaluated. Download Blue Card Application.
White Card Program
At this time there is also a White Card program (Title XX) available to individuals below 150% of the federal poverty guidelines for their household. This program offers a limited amount of no-fare trips to qualified riders. White Cards are valid, pending availability of funds, from October 1st through September 30th of each year. If a rider desires to remain on the White Card program, they must re-apply each year and submit current income documentation.

To submit an application for a White Card, please download and print the application, fill it out including your signature on all documents, and submit in person, or by mail to 2036 N County Rd 25-A, Troy, OH 45373. You must include proof of income for all members of the household receiving income. Application will be evaluated. If eligible, your White Card will be mailed.
NOTE: If the application does not allow you to fill it out before you print, you will need to download the file to your computer's PDF program to be able to do so.
Orange Card (PRC)
This card is for transportation to jobs or continued education in Miami County. Job and Family Services qualifies recipients and distributes cards. Click here to visit their website to learn more.
Yellow Card (Medicaid)
This card is for medical appointments. Job and Family Services establishes the qualification requirements. Transportation provided for any location within the county. Approval is granted through JFS. Click here to visit their website to learn more.
