Public Records Requests

The Miami County Municipal Court is subject to Ohio Law and the Rules of Superintendence for the Courts of Ohio, adopted by the Supreme Court of Ohio. The Rules of Superintendence (PDF) establish rights and duties regarding court case documents and certain administrative documents.

The Miami County Municipal Court Administrator is the custodian of all records NOT already maintained by the County Clerk of Courts.

All public records requests will be made available during business hours from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with the exception of legal holidays, and only after completion of a Public Records Request Form (PDF). This request form must be submitted in person. Photocopies of public records will be provided in exchange for pre-payment of the actual costs or reproducing the same.

             $.10 per page double sided.
Video / Audio / Media - Cost of reproducing or copying the same.

Transcripts of Court proceedings may be obtained from a Court Reporter at the rate determined by the Court.
