Miami County Communication Center

The Miami County Communication Center (MCCC) is the public safety answering point (PSAP)  for all 911 and non-emergency calls in Miami County.  MCCC handles dispatching services for all Police, Fire, and Emergency Medical Services in Miami County. Our staffing is 18 full time 911 telecommunicators, 5 telecommunication supervisors, a public safety application manager, a staff assistant and a director. 

The 911 telecommunicators, telecommunication supervisors and application manager are all PST (Public Safety Telecommunicator) and EMD (Emergency Medical Dispatcher) certified through APCO in addition to CPR certified.
