What happens if my license is suspended?
Sometimes as a result of a traffic violation, or drug/alcohol charge or failure to comply with a court order to pay fines and court costs, the Court will find it necessary to suspend a juvenile’s driving privileges or the right to apply and test for a driver’s license. This can be for a specific amount of time or until certain conditions are met by the juvenile. Under certain conditions they may get permission to obtain from the court limited driving privileges for school or work.
