Options:
- Via Mail: Mail a check or money order to Sanitary Engineering, 2200 N. County Rd. 25-A, Troy, Ohio 45373
- In Person: Payments can be paid to the Sanitary Engineering office by cash, check or credit card
during office hours (8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday) - Via Deposit Box: There is a deposit box available at the Sanitary Engineering office during facility open hours (6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday) or at the Miami County Safety Building, 201 W. Main Street in Troy (Next to the Courthouse) anytime day or night
- AutoPay (ACH): The Sanitary Engineering Department now offers AutoPay (ACH) for water and sewer customers. A customer's water and/or sewer bill will be automatically deducted from a checking or savings account every month. To enroll, complete the ACH form located under the Customer Service tab, or on the back of your bill, and submit with a voided check. Often times, it takes a month or so to begin, so please check with our office regarding current bills.
- Online Payment System: Our Water and/or Sewer customers will need to “Register New Account” using account numbers shown on the billing statement with asterisks (*). Will also need to enter street address as shown on the billing statement using ALL capital letters, but no city, state or zip code info is needed.
Note: There is a convenience fee that is applied when paying through Point & Pay that is paid to them, NOT to Sanitary Engineering. If you have problems signing up on the system, please call the office at 937-440-5653, Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
