WHERE: Hobart Center for County Government, 510 W Water St, Troy, Miami County Veterans’ Services and Miami County Public Health (MCPH), Nursing Clinics.
Come and get questions answered about your benefits and how to apply as well as:

-Briefing from the Miami Valley Honor Flight
-Flu & pneumonia shots----MCPH (Please bring insurance information)
-Blood Pressure screens-----MCPH
-Body Mass Index (BMI) Check -----MCPH
-HIV Testing-----MCPH
-Vision & Hearing Screens---- MCPH
-Diabetic Foot check ---- MCPH
-Dental Screens--- Miami County Dental Clinic, Mobile Unit
-Balance Body, Mind, and Spirit ---Trinity Reiki
